Crew Member

Crew members must perform tasks associated with lawn and landscaping care such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and cleaning, edging, and mulching landscape beds. They will on occasion clean single-story gutters, and remove snow using shovels and snow blowers.

Qualifications

• Be able to follow instructions of crew leader
• Valid driver’s license and clean record is helpful
• Ability to read/write is helpful
• Desire to work outside
• Ability to operate/maintain equipment required for lawn/landscape care
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, possibly weekends and holidays as work load demands

Crew Leader

Crew leaders supervise and work alongside the crew on the jobsite. They drive the trucks and trailers and inspect jobs for quality and completion. They must be able to plan and make decisions according to management instructions, as well as communicate with clients. Crew leaders must identify potential issues and communicate with management and crew to help resolve.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
• Detail oriented
• High school or GED
• Ability to read/write and communicate with clients
• Knowledge of landscape plantings and their care preferred
